Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Public Policy, Water Resources, or a related field. Demonstrated experience supporting drinking water programs, with familiarity with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), including regulatory compliance and rule implementation of the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations (NPDWRs). Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory and technical information for diverse audiences. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across technical, policy, and client stakeholders.
