Responsibilities The Advance Practice Providers we seek are those who have directly related experience in geriatric primary care managing chronic conditions in alignment to HEDIS/STAR quality outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient's needs. Qualifications

• Licensed as a NP or PA in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriatric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certification
• Board Certification
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record

Posted Min Pay Rate USD $120,000.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate USD $150,000.00/Yr. Pay Transparency Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
