RN Case Manager
$65 per hourAmergis
Amergis Healthcare has a contract opportunity for an RN Case Manager to provide Hospice/Home visit services in Springfield, MA.
Pay: $65/hour + mileage, paid weekly
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted MA nursing license
Minimum 2 years experience working in a hospice setting
Must be comfortable with up to 3-5 visits per day; visits may be in patients homes or in facilities
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
