Community Health & Housing Specialist

Terros Health is seeking a Health and Housing Specialist to join our interdisciplinary clinical team at the Priest Drive Recovery Health Center in Tempe, AZ. This full-time role combines community-based housing support with clinical services for adults with substance use, SMI, and dual diagnoses. The position offers 40 hours/week, with up to 80% fieldwork and 20% office time, mileage reimbursement, a full benefits package including 401(k), and generous PTO. #J-18808-Ljbffr TERRO
