Retail Inventory Associate - Driver Starting Wage: $18.00 - $23.00 (Part‑time, flexible hours). Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for a minimum of 36 months. What You Will Do Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, following traffic laws and WIS safety requirements. Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet and celebrate daily performance goals. Team Requirements At least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred. No inventory experience required – training will be provided. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfortable with handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Inventory Associate Driver Requirement Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 months. At least three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, squat, kneel, crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel by car or plane, including overnight stays.
