Salary/Benefits
- $90,000-$135,000+ depending on experience and licensure
- Health, dental and vision insurance
- Generous paid time off that increases with company tenure

What You'll Do
- Lead HVAC and plumbing design for commercial building projects
- Develop construction documents and technical specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, owners, and engineering teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
- Participate in project planning, design reviews, and quality control
- Support commissioning and project execution efforts when needed
- Help drive innovation and continuous improvement within the firm
- Take ownership of projects from concept through construction while working directly with clients and project teams

What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- FE certification
- Proven experience designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings
- Strong understanding of VRF, hydronic, and DX HVAC systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (5+ years)
- Professional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to pass a military background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Preferred Qualifications
- PE license in mechanical engineering preferred
- Revit experience (5+ years)
- Previous leadership, mentoring, or staff development experience
- Commissioning experience
