Process EngineerPROMAN Staffing is excited to partner with our global manufacturing client to source and hire a Process Engineer for their new facility. This is a direct hire opportunity offering the chance to play a key role in launching and optimizing manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment.What You'll DoDevelop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, safety, and productivityTroubleshoot process-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport new equipment installation, validation, and production launch activitiesEstablish and maintain process documentation and operating proceduresAnalyze manufacturing data and implement statistical process controlsCollaborate with production teams to improve throughput, yield, and efficiencyLead cost reduction and process improvement projectsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experienceExperience in process engineering within a manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetKnowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and process optimization techniquesAbility to work cross-functionally and support new product/process implementationWhy Join?Direct hire opportunity with a global industry leaderBe part of a new facility and help shape operations from the ground upCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment
