- Location: Sussex County, NJ
- Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT
- Compensation: $20-30/hr (based on experience)
- Type: Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week)
- Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3-4 hrs/day, vary by client)
- Wantage : Mon- Thur: 3-6PM
- As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you'll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
- Work in homes or community settings.
- Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
- Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
- Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
- Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
- Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
- Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
- High School Diploma (college preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
- Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
- Experience with children/autism preferred.
- Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
- Supervision hours toward RBT/BCBA certification.
