Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $26-$30, hourly Location: Boise, ID Travel: 4-6 weeks at a time for the first 9 months of employment Position Type: Full-Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Work with Chemical distribution equipment on-site and/or on the manufacturing floor. Train in plumbing, welding, electrical, instrumenation and controls wiring pertaining to this chemical equipment. Start working OJT (on-the-job training)in the manufacturing facility and then travel to the project site for installation and start-up of equipment. Work with hazardous chemicals and learnthe proper PPE required and Safety procedures for each site. Requirements 2yrs - AAS, Military equivalent, or relevant work experience. Strong mechanical and electrical skills and understanding. Able to work within a team group and also perform individual tasks once trained with little supervision. Preferences Previous Semiconductor experience. Physical Effort/Activities May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
