Abcor Home Health, Inc., is growing and we are hiring a bilingual Homecare Branch Supervisor to join our team in our Chicago, IL (North Side) office.We prefer someone with previous homecare experience who understands the environment. We provide non-medical caregiving services for our clients who are elderly or disabled and require assistance in daily living tasks. As a Homecare Branch Supervisor, you will:Manage a caseload of clientsDocument client contacts and activities related to client servicesServe as liaison between caregiver, client and referral sourcesSupervise a team of caregiversManage caregiver schedulesEnsure compliance with program provisions governed by IDOA, IDPH, DHS-ORS, Managed Care Organizations and VA.Assists with quarterly internal review audits of client and employee filesRequirementsHigh school diplomaPrevious supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a homecare environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and can balance multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customersGeneral knowledge of data entry and proficiency with Microsoft OfficePrevious homecare experience with knowledge of the Illinois homecare industry is a plusMust be authorized to work in the United StatesBilingual in Spanish#Office #J-18808-Ljbffr Abcor-Home-Health,-Inc.-
