Join a team that prioritizes growth, open communication, and the tools you need to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.Location: Las Vegas Northeast and NorthwestKey ResponsibilitiesComplete patient assessments & update care plansProvide symptom & pain managementEducate patients/families on care and medicationsCoordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teamDocument timely, accurate clinical notesManage assigned caseload; ensure safe care environmentParticipate in on-call rotationRequirementsMust have:Current RN licenseNLN-accredited nursing program graduateCPR certificationValid driver's license & insured vehicle1+ recent year of RN experience or BSNAbility to lift/position patients; frequent standing/walkingPreferred:Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting.Hospice/home health/public health experienceWhy Join Us?
