The TL;DR Role: Internship Type: Part-time Location: Hybrid, Nashville, TN Mission: This person supports day-to-day administrative and operational activities to ensure the organization runs efficiently and provides high-quality client service. Tech Stack: spreadsheets, word processing, shared drives What You’ll Actually Do Coordinate: Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments to ensure seamless client care and support. Manage Records: Update and organize client and operational records, maintaining accuracy and compliance. Process Data: Support basic data entry and reporting to help inform operational insights and decision‑making. Optimize Workflows: Help streamline office workflows and administrative processes to enhance overall organizational efficiency. Improve Operations: Assist with internal communications, process documentation, and special projects aimed at improving business operations and client service. The Must-Haves Background: Entry‑Level. Candidates should possess an interest in healthcare, home care, or social services fields. Experience: Comfort with basic data entry, document management, and effectively using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, and shared drives. Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management skills; clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and documentation; keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling information, records, and scheduling; ability to work both independently and collaboratively; demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and respect for client confidentiality. Bonus: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field is preferred.
