Key Qualifications: Valid certification as a School Psychologist Experience working in K-5 or elementary school settings preferred Sound knowledge of psychological assessment, counseling, and intervention techniques Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills What You’ll Do: Provide on-site psychological services three days per week at the elementary school Support students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral success via assessment, intervention, and consultation Offer valuable expertise in IEP and eligibility meetings Consult with educators and caregivers to develop student-centered supports and plans Complete required documentation and reports with attention to detail Work remotely for two days per week, contributing to case management, parent communication, and report writing Uphold best practices in accordance with state and district guidelines This assignment runs from mid-December through mid/late March, offering an engaging mix of direct student interaction and productive independent time.
