Part Time Receptionist / Cashier

INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist / Cashier to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer while supporting our sales and service teams with administrative and cashiering responsibilities. Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Some Saturdays required Compensation & Benefits $16.00 per hour Consistent part-time schedule Paid Training Employee Discounts Friendly, professional team environment Opportunities for future growth within the dealership Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership Answer and direct incoming phone calls Process customer payments accurately for sales and service transactions Balance and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift Issue receipts and maintain accurate payment records Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Provide administrative support to the sales and service departments as needed Respond to customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction Qualifications Previous receptionist, cashier, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic office software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent preferred Equal Opportunity Employer INFINITI of Cincinnati is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
