Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Weekend Overnight Shift

Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Homestead of Ottawa is looking for dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for our weekend overnight shift .

This is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for a consistent weekend schedule while being part of a team that values quality care, reliability, teamwork, and the relationships we build with our residents.

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll play an important role in supporting the safety, comfort and well-being of our residents throughout the overnight shift. Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care
Responding promptly and compassionately to resident needs
Supporting residents with mobility, transfers and other care needs
Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
Accurately documenting care provided
Helping maintain a safe, comfortable and respectful environment
Working collaboratively with other members of the care team
Providing compassionate, respectful and person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing with the State of Kansas
Dependable and committed to working the scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. shifts
Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults
Strong communication and teamwork skills
