As a Quality Inspector, you will perform manual and mechanical deburring on machined aerospace components, ensuring all edges, holes, and surfaces meet specific blueprint and workmanship requirements. You will inspect both in-process and finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensional and visual conformance. Your role includes reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T to ensure compliance with both customer and aerospace standards. You will also identify, document, and communicate any nonconforming conditions in accordance with quality procedures and AS9100 requirements. Proper handling, cleaning, and protection of parts to prevent damage, contamination, or defects during deburring and inspection processes are crucial. Adhering to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives is also required.

• Understanding of aerospace industry standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Erlanger, KY. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
