Intern-Engineering (Test)

Job Description Work with the Test Engineering team to develop, debug, and maintain production test programs for Microcontroller devices. Support Si validation activities including characterization, qualification, and production testing. Assist in debugging test issues and improving test coverage and efficiency. Collect, analyze, and summarize test data using ATE. Requirements / Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Semiconductor Physics. Basic programming or scripting experience.
