IT SME support is requested for the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G3’s Army Trojan Management Office (ATMO)— Trojan Network Operations Center (TNOC). Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities TNOC personnel provide Tier I customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers Actively monitor network and terminal operations to ensure connectivity and availability Monitor network data traffic patterns to minimize choke points Accountable for all aspects of Network requirements and manages the hands‑on, day‑to‑day issues related to Networks Provide system administrator support for GET TDN2 AD environment Responsible for the hands‑on, day‑to‑day issues related to user accounts and access to GET TDN2 AD and GET WAN Education and Certifications Certificates: IAT Level 2: A+ -CE, or Network + CE, Security + CE, or SSCP, or CCNA- Security Experience 5 years supporting Network Operations and Microsoft Active Directory environments Place of Performance Fort Belvoir, VA Work Hours Thurs‑Sat and every other Wednesday 0600‑1800 (one is an 8‑hour day) Security Must possess at minimum a TS Clearance with SCI eligibility. Must be willing to obtain a CI Poly. Must be U.S. citizens and capable of maintaining a final TS/SCI security clearance. Additionally, all personnel will require access to NATO classified material and will require read on to NATO. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; handle or feel objects; and write.
