Language: English Location: Skywalk (101728) Position Shift Manager – Full Time Description The Shift Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Moe’s Southwest Grill. This role ensures that the restaurant team creates quality food and provides quality guest service in a fun, fast‑paced environment. The Shift Manager also ensures that the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and standards. Essential Functions Ensures the restaurant team is properly trained for preparing, cooking, packaging, and serving food to guests in a timely manner. Ensures that prepared food meets operational, food safety, and brand standards. Manages food flow, ordering, receiving, storing, and servicing to maintain high quality, proper portioning, and low waste. Coaches the team on operational standards and takes corrective action as necessary. Maintains a fun, fast‑paced atmosphere for employees and guests. Greets guests with “Welcome to Moe’s!” and strives for 100% guest satisfaction in quality, service, and cleanliness. Takes corrective action as needed. Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of exterior, kitchen, and dining areas. Ensures compliance with food safety and brand standards. Implements security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets. Promotes guest and employee safety to reduce injury or accidents. Completes administrative paperwork promptly. Maintains a professional image, including punctuality, cleanliness, uniform, and appearance standards. Exhibits company values through actions and behaviors; performs all tasks directed by the company leadership team, including all restaurant management and their representatives; represents Moe’s and Quality Fresca, LLC professionally. Other duties as assigned. Education & Work Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. The employee must occasionally transport or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to detect, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, inspect, estimate, observe, and assess items, information, and objects in a restaurant environment.
