As a Culinary Assistant at Haven Homes, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents. You’ll assist with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen cleanup while enjoying the chance to build meaningful connections with residents and staff. Position Type: Part-Time Shifts Available: (including every other weekend): Evenings 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Pay: $15.79 - $18.67 / hour, depending on experience Location: 4848 Gateway Blvd, Maple Plain, MN Culinary Assistant Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families. Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents. Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department. Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms. Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs. Complete additional tasks as needed. Culinary Assistant Qualifications: Must be at least 15+ years of age. Prior serving/ dining experience preferred but not required.We Will Train! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff. Compassionate, positive attitude and team player.
