Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Delaware School-based

Company: Princeton Staffing Solutions Contract Type: W2 – Local or Travel Location: Selbyville, DE Assignment Dates: 2026 - 2027 School Year Work Arrangement and Hours Per Week: In person 37.5 hours a week Student Age Range: K -12 School-Based Experience: Minimum 2 years full time school based experience as an RBT in a K-12 School district Position Overview Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work in public school districts supporting students with Autism and behavioral needs. As a member of the special education team, you’ll play a critical role in improving student behavior and learning outcomes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
