Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Chambersburg, PA. The candidate will be expected to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week. You will typically see 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits expected.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote coordinated care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
