We are seeking a dependable Repack Heavy Lifter to join a fast-paced shipping and warehouse team in Cusseta, AL. This position requires consistent heavy lifting throughout the shift and is ideal for someone who is comfortable with physically demanding warehouse work.

Job Duties:

• Repack products and materials for shipment
• Lift, move, stack, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift
• Prepare and organize products for shipping
• Load, unload, and move materials within the shipping area
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or accuracy
• Label, wrap, and secure products for shipment
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Meet daily production and shipping goals
• Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
• Assist with other shipping and material handling duties as needed

Skills and Experience:

Must be able to perform repetitive heavy lifting throughout the entire shift. Able to stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift for extended periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to work well as part of a team. Previous shipping, warehouse, repack, or material handling experience is a plus.
