SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA . We’re looking for dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the opportunity to provide meaningful support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate, non-medical care based on each client’s individual needs. Depending on the assignment, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

• Supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Performing light housekeeping

• Helping clients with daily routines

• Following care plans and reporting changes or concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable providing care independently in a client’s home
