Learning Program Manager

Supporting the planning and delivery of leadership development programs for US Commercial teams, the full-time Learning Program Manager will coordinate virtual and in-person training experiences, manage project timelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Coordinate and support leadership development programs, including logistics for training sessions and learner engagement activities Assist in developing and executing training focused on communication, analytics, coaching, and leadership capabilities Track attendance, learner feedback, and program data to assess impact and identify improvement opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, or project management 2+ years of experience supporting Commercial or leadership development programs in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Proficiency in applications such as Smartsheet, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
