You will serve as a leader and resource for nursing staff while promoting a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence. Essential Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents' families, and the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns. Participate in care planning and resident assessments. Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina. Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Commitment to providing exceptional resident‑centered care.
