Compensation & Growth Hourly Pay: Based on experience, education, and credentials. Pay rate is determined by assigned shift, availability, and full‑time status. Consistent weekly hours. Opportunities for advancement into Lead Teacher / Classroom Captain roles and leadership positions. Key Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. Follow daily schedules, lesson plans, and school procedures. Maintain active supervision and classroom organization. Assist with daily routines including diapering, meals, rest time, and transitions. Communicate professionally with families and leadership. Work collaboratively with team members. Qualifications Required: Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool‑aged children. Strong reliability, professionalism, and consistent attendance. Ability to follow structure and meet classroom expectations. Ability to meet Missouri state licensing requirements. Preferred: CDA or degree in Early Childhood or related field. Experience in a Missouri DESE‑licensed childcare center. Schedule & Shifts Monday through Friday (no weekends) – includes a dedicated 1‑hour lunch break for full‑time shifts. Full‑Time Shifts

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Availability Commitment (Important) Consistent availability Monday through Friday based on the selected shift. Shifts are assigned at hire and are not flexible or subject to change. Maintain consistent days and hours; avoid reducing availability after hire. Applicants must be local and able to reliably commute. Applicants must be available for scheduled interviews as confirmed.
