This unit has won the AACN Beacon Award and was recognized by the SCCM for the Family Centered Care Innovation Award. It is grounded in teamwork as well as Patient and Family Centered Care. The unit also accommodates a diverse patient population receiving various types of surgeries, including Surgical ENT, GI Surgery, Trauma, Ortho/Neuro Spine procedures and General Surgery. One year of clinical experience e.g., home care, outpatient, acute care (hospital preferred) technician experience during the most recent two years in a setting relevant to the unit; volunteer work as EMT or CRT may be considered. BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted. Salary Range: Minimum 18.41/hour – Maximum 27.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
