Shipping Receiving Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Shipping/Receiving Clerk positions in Hildago, TX. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for obtaining the necessary materials, coordinating its activities with the purchasing department and with logistic shipments to fulfill the production and shipment programs.
• Problem solving on every materials/logistics function at the SFMS warehousing activities.
• Complete documentation including preparation of commercial invoices, shippers export declarations, bills of lading, international airway bills, packing slips, shipping instructions and country-specific requirements needed. Manage third party shipping systems/software (FedEx/UPS/T&T).
• Responsible for the shipping process (logistic and paperwork related) from the distribution center.
  In charge for raw material receiving activities along with all inventory transactions on company web platforms.
• Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers.
• Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping/receiving roles
• Knowledge of computer packages (Microsoft Office).
• Demonstrated experience on ERP systems, such as MAX, SAP, Oracle or similar
• Desirable experience in forklift driving.

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
