• Assemble seating components using hand tools and power tools
• Load and unload parts on and off the paint line
• Pick, pack, and organize materials for production and shipping
• Move parts and materials throughout the facility using carts and other material-handling equipment
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic measurements and calculations to support production requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with cleaning, housekeeping, and other production support duties as needed
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to perform assembly, picking, packing, and material handling tasks
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable work history and strong attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience working in assembly, paint line, warehouse, or material handling operations
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Altamont, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
