PC Support - Kansas City, MO - Contract - $19-29 Per HR

Join a dynamic team in a regional setting, providing essential IT support and maintenance. This onsite contract position in Kansas City, MO, involves installing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software for various end-user devices. Candidates should be proficient in general technology support and possess effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware and software.
Configure and support desktop and networking systems.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks accurately and timely.
Travel regionally as required, with advance notice provided.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in an IT environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel with a company vehicle.
Experience with customer service, both face-to-face and via phone.
Ability to explain technical issues in layman's terms.
Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
