Healthcare United is seeking an Emergency Medicine Medical Director to lead a high-volume, high-acuity hospital emergency department in New York's Mid-Hudson Valley. This permanent, full-time W2 leadership opportunity combines meaningful departmental influence with a reduced clinical commitment, allowing dedicated time for team development, operational strategy, quality improvement, and clinical excellence.
The physician will lead a collaborative team of emergency medicine physicians and advanced practice providers and will help shape staffing, workflows, quality initiatives, performance goals, and continued program growth.
The advertised compensation range is $325,000-$375,000. The package also includes leadership and clinical compensation components, potential start-date incentive compensation, holiday pay, and comprehensive W2 benefits.
