Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service. Lead and motivate a talented team in bot the front of house and back of house to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Manage inventory and ordering to control costs to maximize profitability. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in full service restaurant management, at least two years. Alcohol knowledge for purchasing and selling wine, high end liquor and beer. Experience in planning and executing large events and caterings. Serve safe management certificate and alcohol awareness certificate required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Schedule & Availability Weekend availability required.
