Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse, Medical Surgical

Seeking a registered nurse with leadership skills to oversee unit staffing, ensure quality patient care, and collaborate with providers. Key Responsibilities Include Assigning, educating, and monitoring nursing/support staff during shifts Developing patient care assignments based on daily needs Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues Responding to care complaints and contributing to staff hiring and training Collaborating with advanced practice providers to achieve quality outcomes Maintaining safety and performing additional duties as assigned Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing Minimum of one year RN experience Strong communication, observational, and physical stamina skills Valid RN license and BLS certification specific to the state of practice Physical Requirements Include Constant speech, standing, walking, and frequent lifting, reaching, and data entry Occasional patient lifting and movement, bending, and driving This role involves working the night shift in a hospital setting, focusing on leadership, patient care, and team collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)
