A growing full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Community Association Collections Paralegal to join its Freehold, NJ office.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a fast-paced, high-performing team and take on a meaningful role supporting community association collection matters.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple legal matters while providing excellent client service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage community association collection matters from initial demand through resolution
• Handle essential legal collection functions and processes
• Assist with foreclosure-related matters and proceedings
• Work on matters involving bankruptcy
• Apply knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Prepare and maintain legal documents and case files
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of required tasks
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, opposing parties, and other involved parties
• Provide excellent client service throughout the collection process
• Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Support attorneys with legal and administrative tasks as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Collections Paralegal
• Direct experience handling legal collections matters
• Experience with community association collections preferred
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
• Experience with bankruptcy matters
• Experience with the foreclosure process
