Tax Associate Direct Counsel is representing a reputable law firm seeking a mid-level Tax Associate to join its national tax practice. The role covers federal, state, and international tax matters for technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises at all stages of development. This position offers the opportunity to support high-profile clients while building a strong, cross-departmental practice.
