Aloha~**The major function of this position is:**Inspection of all returned product. Clean, process and evaluate damages and accurately code and enter information into SAP.**Hours:** Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM**Pay:** $17/hour**The primary responsibilities and duties of this position are:*** Inspect all returned Maui Jim and Zeal product for damages.* Clean sunglasses and process for credits, inventory and breakdowns.* Accurately enter all return codes and information into SAP in a timely manner.* Maintain an average of 18 entries per hour.* Perform inventory of product on returns carts as needed.* Ability to determine return stock for account credit or non-credit.* Perform all other work-related duties as requested or required.**Desired Qualifications:****As a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:*** High school graduate with 1-2 years customer service experience. Technical or repair background.**In lieu of education, the following equivalent experience is preferred:*** GED and 2-3 years customer service experience.**Work Shift:**1st Shift (United States of America)**Special Language Requirement (If Applicable):**Salary is only one component of total compensation at Maui Jim!
