Enterprise Architect (Reverse Logistics)

Salary: $140,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We want at least 5 years of enterprise architecture experience in consumer-facing retail, with exposure to areas such as store systems, omnichannel, supply chain, or reverse logistics.
• We value proven ownership of technology roadmaps, capability maps, and architecture governance practices such as design reviews, ADRs, and standards.
• We need demonstrated skill in translating business strategy into target-state architectures, transition plans, and sequenced investment cases.
• We look for working knowledge of at least one EA framework, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ArchiMate.
• We require a strong technical foundation in cloud platforms, preferably Azure, along with microservices, APIs, event-driven integration, and data architecture.
• We prefer experience working in an agile enterprise architecture environment.

• We own the domain technology roadmap, including current-state assessment, future-state architecture, capability mapping, and staged transition planning aligned with enterprise investment cycles.
• We lead architecture governance activities, including design reviews, architecture decision records, and compliance with standards across the domain.
• We partner with product, engineering, and business teams to assess technology choices, define integration approaches, and ensure solutions fit enterprise standards and long-term direction.
• We define and continuously refine end-to-end architecture for the returns lifecycle, including initiation, routing, triage, refund orchestration, restocking, refurbishment, and secondary-market disposition.
• We design integrations across order management, warehouse management, transportation management, inventory, finance, and carrier ecosystems.
• We work with Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Customer Care leaders to improve return cycle time, recovery value, and cost to serve.
