Care Team Coordinator

Care Team Coordinator Senior Helpers – Charleston Senior Helpers is seeking a dependable and organized Care Team Coordinator to oversee caregivers, manage scheduling, and support training and client care. Responsibilities Manage caregiver scheduling, callouts, shift changes, and weekend/on-call coverage. Maintain accurate caregiver availability and records in scheduling software. Coordinate new caregiver introductions and first client visits. Conduct caregiver orientations, skills assessments, and ongoing training Review timesheets and care logs to ensure compliance with care plans Support caregiver recognition and team morale. Work closely with the care team to resolve staffing and client-care concerns. MUST work as a CAREGIVER if needed Qualifications Healthcare background preferred (CNA, LPN, nursing, or related field). Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Previous caregiver training or supervisory experience preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
