What You'll Do As a Merchandiser, you'll be the face of our brands in stores throughout your territory, ensuring products are displayed, stocked, and presented for maximum visibility and sales success. Your responsibilities will include: Visiting retail accounts throughout your territory to identify and execute merchandising opportunities Meeting delivery trucks and assisting with product unloads as needed Stocking shelves and organizing displays with M.S. Walker products Creating attractive, attention-grabbing merchandise presentations that enhance the customer experience Installing point-of-sale materials and promotional signage Building and assembling display features and promotional structures Collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth Providing valuable feedback on inventory, sales trends, marketing initiatives, and customer insights Supporting additional merchandising projects and initiatives as needed What Makes You Successful We're looking for motivated, energetic individuals who enjoy working independently while building strong customer relationships. You'll thrive in this role if you have : Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and strong customer-service mindset Self-motivation, reliability, and a willingness to learn Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Retail, merchandising, or visual display experience (preferred) Interest in or knowledge of wine and spirits (a plus, but not required) The ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 45 lbs.
