Position Overview
The West Virginia University Health System (WVUHS) Medical Group is actively recruiting a full‑time Hospitalist Physician to provide comprehensive inpatient clinical care at Thomas Health System in Charleston, WV and South Charleston, WV.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient clinical care to patients with diseases and injuries of the human internal organ system.
- Establish preventive health practices for patients.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree or foreign equivalent.
- Completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- West Virginia Medical License.
- Board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Location
Charleston, WV and South Charleston, WV.
Compensation & Benefits
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Exempt position (United States).
