Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care, monitoring and assessing patient conditions and administering medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Educate and empower patients and their families on health management, treatments, and recovery processes
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Respond to emergencies and acute situations promptly and effectively
• Assist in patient advocacy and support through compassionate care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred, but not required
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care
