This outpatient community mental health clinic provides behavioral health services to children and adolescents in Centreville, Michigan. The facility operates within a structured, on-site care model designed to support accessible mental health treatment for its patient population. Clinicians work in an established outpatient framework focused on the delivery of individual therapeutic services.

The Licensed Master Social Worker will provide individual therapy services to a child and adolescent population during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week at an outpatient community mental health clinic. The clinician will conduct 8-hour workdays delivering individual therapy sessions, with initial evaluations lasting 1 hour per session. A mixed patient caseload inclusive of both children and adolescents is accommodated at this facility. No call coverage is required for this position.
