Sales & Growth Specialist — Fitness Studio Pre-Sale | SWEAT440 (OKC & Tulsa) This isn't a desk job. It's a door-knocking, table-hauling, hand-shaking sales role — and you'll run it five times. We're opening 5 SWEAT440 studios across OKC and Tulsa. You'll personally own the founding-member pre-sale for every single one — starting with SWEAT440 OKC-Rose Creek (opening January 2027). If your idea of a great week is a farmers market booth that produces 40 sign-ups, not a polished brand deck, keep reading. What You'll Own Hit the founding-member sales goal: 250-minimum, 440-target — end to end, personally Work every lead yourself: first contact within 2–3 hours, 3+ touchpoints over 5–7 days, close or know exactly why it didn't close Run in-person sales daily: tabling events, pop-ups, local business visits, one-on-one follow-ups — asking for the sale, handling objections, closing on the spot Build local partnerships from scratch: chamber of commerce, HOAs, employers, wellness businesses — generating warm referral pipelines before a single class is taught Plan AND personally work several field events per week — you're hauling the table, setting up signage, and converting attendees yourself Support each open studio's local marketing, social media, and community events Extend marketing execution across Kairos's other brands — Puddle Pools and Base & Board Own the connective marketing and events layer across the full portfolio until the next launch sprint begins How You'll Be Measured Hard sales number per launch (250 min / 440 target founding members) Lead-to-close conversion rate Pipeline reporting cadence — wins AND losses, without being asked Event volume and on-site sign-ups CRM hygiene (every lead tracked, numbers known cold) You'll Thrive Here If You… Close half the doors you knock on before lunch Get energized by rejection and daily prospecting Want to build the playbook, then run it again — and again Report results (leads, sits, closes), not just activity Genuinely enjoy cycling between intense sales sprints and steady marketing support Required: 2+ years in quota-carrying sales: membership sales, door-to-door, field/event sales, canvassing, or equivalent face-to-face hustle Proven cold outreach & networking skills — walking into a business cold and leaving with a partnership Real experience planning AND personally working events, tabling, and activations Fast lead follow-up discipline with a real conversion track record Basic content skills (mobile video, Canva) — secondary to sales instinct Exceptional in-person energy — strangers feel like friends in 60 seconds Reliable transportation; Monday–Saturday availability during pre-sale windows A genuine personal fitness practice and a real reason you believe in SWEAT440's offering Preferred: Pre-sale or grand-opening launch experience (Orangetheory, F45, Crunch, or similar boutique fitness) Existing local network in OKC/Tulsa CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) Strategic influence: As your playbook proves out, you earn a standing voice in marketing and sales strategy across all three Kairos brands — working directly with ownership Path to Studio Manager: Strong launch performance is the natural qualifier to run the studio you helped build from zero Grows with the company: 5 SWEAT440 locations planned, plus Puddle Pools and Base & Board expansion Base salary + uncapped commission on founding-member sales Bonus tied to hitting 250/440 targets Target start: On or before August 14, 2026 Reports to: CGO First milestone: SWEAT440 OKC-Rose Creek opens January 9, 2027 Kairos Enterprises is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
