Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Monday through Friday with rotation for one day of weekend coverage | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Float to cover Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and Medical/Surgical (MS) units as needed
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately using facility EMR systems (Cerner and NetHealth)
- Participate in weekend coverage rotation as scheduled
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to learn Cerner and NetHealth EMR platforms
- Ability to float to ARU and Medical/Surgical units as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
- Familiarity with Cerner and/or NetHealth electronic medical record systems
- Experience working in a small facility or critical access hospital environment
