We urgently needed the experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and make a meaningful impact on patient lives.

• Competitive pay rates for Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia. Pay ranges from $30 to $35 per hour.

• We are looking for a Full time and Part time LPN to care and assist our client, Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM.

• Supportive and collaborative Home Care team focused on providing quality patient home care in Virginia.

• Active LPN License (Licensed Practical Nurse) is required.

• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience preferred (home health, clinic, facility, hospice or related setting).

• Experience working with patients with complex medical needs

• Reliable, compassionate and professional work ethic.

• Experience with electronic medical records.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to create reports.

• Provide direct nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in client’s homes.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.

• Communicate regularly with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

• Writing a comprehensive daily report.
