- CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION
- Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
- ACLS (ACLS): ACLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
