Physician - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine

Location: Mount Morris, MI, US Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Direct Hire Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime 40 hours/week (36 clinical + 4 administrative hours)

Overview

A growing outpatient primary care clinic in Mount Morris, MI is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its established practice. The physician will provide comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient care to adult and/or family medicine patients using the EPIC EMR system. This role offers a structured weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships in a community-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-ups
• Develop and manage long-term treatment plans
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities
• Meet productivity expectations (36 patient-contact hours weekly)
• Utilize 4 administrative hours weekly for documentation and care coordination
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• Ensure continuity of care and strong patient relationships

Requirements

• MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (active status required; lapsed certification not accepted)
• 2026 and 2027 graduates welcome to apply
• H1B visa sponsorship available (J1 not accepted)
• Must be able to commute within 1 hour of clinic location
