The Opportunity

W2 Commission Role (Unlimited Earnings)
Realistic earnings: $80K–$250K+
Leads provided + ability to self-generate
Weekly pay based on collected revenue
Company vehicle + gas card

You close on the spot - Not close every deal on a follow up
Understand urgency and control the sales process
Know how to build trust fast and ask for the sale confidently
Take ownership of your pipeline - no excuses
Want to be the top earner on the team

What You’ll Be Doing

Run high-quality, pre-qualified appointments
Inspect roofs, siding, windows and gutters, identify problems, and present solutions
Present Good / Better / Best options and close same-day
Deliver a premium customer experience from first interaction to project completion
Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and social media
