Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients utilizing specialized teletherapy software, ensuring accurate and insightful evaluations. \n
- Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions via secure webcam platforms, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored for virtual settings. \n
- Document patient interactions and progress notes accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. \n
- Attend regular team meetings to discuss patient needs, share successful strategies, and collaboratively plan next steps in client care. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through training programs focused on digital counseling practices and regulatory updates. \n
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness, while ensuring adherence to telemedicine regulations. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs. By leveraging digital tools, you can reach clients who may have otherwise faced barriers to accessing mental health care, thereby broadening the impact of your practice.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required. \n
- A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential. \n
- Proven experience practicing independently, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and self-direction. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to fostering a therapeutic alliance. \n
- Robust computer literacy, including proficiency in teletherapy and EHR systems. \n

Your contribution to our team will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
